Two bodies, two souls, and yet a connection. The painting “Soul Sisters” addresses the emersion from the “Soul Dirt” which women worldwide exposed to sexual abuse are experiencing daily. With their hands they reach for the light, together they find strength. After this first work created “in two” others will follow, resulting in a steady offer to affected women hosted by Frauen helfen Frauen e.V. in Tübingen. The project shows how powerful the creation of art, how healing it can be, how it inexplicably strengthens and fills women with joy.
