Finding freedom through one’s own creative work and acting – freeing oneself. “Flying Free” addresses all women who free themselves from the tight corset of thousands of years old tradition forced upon them, leaving the “Paradise” – the place where nothing ever happens – and go their own way, which is also the way of femininity, full of pride.
Not being ashamed for their own body and its eroticism, not wanting to hide it.
This way “Eva’s” wings are formed from hand prints representing the female original power, freedom and self-determination. The work also resonates a certain irony, as when God advises Eva to leave paradise, it shows that, indeed, to err is divine.
