Already during the photographs creation it was a woman’s silhouette forming the center of the picture. Red-orange points condense to a female body, menacingly strewn with black-purple hands, as if they wanted to take possession of her, slowly but steady seize upon it.
She takes a stand against them, using her femininity, both bold and brazen, in order to successfully defend against their attacks. A stress test, but she remains steady and sturdy.

The work represents the power to not let your experiences bring you to your knees, but to choose the long, hard road to self determination.
